Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a business or department
• Establish organizational goals, policies, and procedures
• Manage budgets, staffing, production processes, and resource allocation
• Direct or coordinate company activities including sales, service, production, and administration

• Implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
• Supervise department heads and other managerial staff
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and evaluate operational processes and procedures, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
• Assess performance results for departments or the overall organization, and take corrective action if necessary
• Represent the organization in all strategic and operational matters
